This is a great way to refer other people to have the same weight loss success you have had.
Not a patient of Lighter Dream Bariatrics but do you believe in our process? This program is for you as well.

2 Easy Ways To Refer For Lighter Dream Bariatric Referral Program

( 1 ). Fill up the referral form. They will be contacted by a patient coordinator.

( 2 ). Have them fill up the HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE form. Your name must be listed on the referred by field of the health questionnaire form filled out by the patient.
  • Referral Bonus to be paid out no later than (15) days after the patient has a scheduled surgery date. Your bonus will be paid before the referred patient even had surgery.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals.
  • Referred patients must pay their deposit before any referral bonus is paid.

How It 's Works

Refer an interested person to Lighter Dream Bariatrics, and this person schedules surgery with a $500 deposit or more, you will receive a $100 USD bonus by Zelle or Amazon gift card. You do not even have to wait for them to have surgery. You will receive your money no later than (15) days after the patients schedule their surgery.
